Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using any game, website, or related service provided by NoName Studio (“NoName Studio”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you (“you” or “Player”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

Service means any mobile game, website, customer-support channel, online feature, or related service operated or provided by NoName Studio.

Content means all software, text, images, audio, video, graphics, virtual items, virtual currency, and other materials made available through the Service.

Virtual Items means coins, gems, power-ups, skins, subscriptions, or other in-game digital content that may be made available within the Service.

User Content means any nickname, message, image, feedback, profile information, or other material you upload, submit, or make available through the Service.

2. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are located in a region where a higher minimum age applies, you represent that you meet that requirement.

3. Account Registration and Security

Some parts of the Service may allow you to sign in using an email address or supported third-party login services such as Google, Apple, or other platform accounts.

4. License and Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Service and Content, excluding User Content, remain owned by NoName Studio or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

5. Virtual Items, Purchases, and Payments

Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the Service and are not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or tangible goods, except where required by applicable law.

The Service may offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Their payment terms and refund rules may apply.

We may modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items or in-game features at any time, subject to applicable law.

6. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content through the Service, you grant NoName Studio a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise process that content for operating, improving, promoting, and securing the Service.

You agree not to:

• cheat, hack, bot, exploit, or use unauthorized third-party software;
• harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or target other users;
• upload malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• misuse the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• violate any applicable law, regulation, or platform policy.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service may include links to, integrations with, or content from third-party websites, SDKs, analytics providers, payment processors, ad networks, app stores, or platform services. We do not control those third parties, and your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, our Privacy Policy, platform rules, or applicable law.

After termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease. Sections that by their nature should survive, including ownership, payments, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoName Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoName Studio, its affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your access to or use of the Service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoName Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NoName Studio primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
